“National Mattress offers prices that simply can't be beat. The staff was extremely attentive and respectful. Also at the outlet I gained much information about the process and offers. Delivery was smooth and timely and free! I will return to National Mattress for sure. Alison”

“Purchasing was easy and pickup was no problem. The mattress I purchased was great for my toddler transitioning into a big kid bed. One and only complaint is that I am still waiting to get a refund for the delivery fee I paid. I called the store several times and they say they will refund me the delivery fee immediately (according to manager/ supervisor) and it’s been a week since I picked up and 2 weeks since I ordered. I emailed asking them to give me a time frame of when to expect the refund (e.i. 2-3 business days) but haven’t heard back.”

“We visited several mattress stores before deciding to purchase here. What mattered most to us was finding a mattress that suited our family’s habits, especially for the elderly who prefer very firm support. The salesperson was extremely helpful and patient, guiding us through the firmest options available. The delivery and setup went smoothly, and the mattress has been excellent. Our family members are sleeping comfortably, and we are very satisfied with the overall experience.”

“Sales staff are fantastic. You never felt pressured. They provide honest feedback plus asked good questions as you tried mattresses so they could help you find the perfect one. Delivery was excellent. The link provided good updates on delivery window. When 10 minutes away they called to let me know. All in all I highly recommend using National Mattress”

“Lots of great mattresses at an affordable price! I saved a lot of money coming here rather than going to Sleep Country or The Brick, and they can be a little pushy. The staff here was very respectful and friendly and genuinely wanted to help.”

“I purchased a bamboo mattress at an excellent price, very comfortable and even after a year it continues to provide great comfort. I also bought a Tempur-Pedic pillow from the North York location, which was significantly less expensive than at Sleep Country.”

“The variety of mattresses offered great options for what we were looking for. While the store only had one employee working the day we were three, he was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and was easy able to help all the customers in a professional and impressive manner.
