“The online buying experience was great. The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was really fast, we got the mattresses delivered the next day. The delivery team was good, treated the mattresses with respect and was cordial, and on time. The mattresses were excellent quality. The mattreses were very firm and they were true to the description.”

“I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress and had a wonderful experience. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. The purchase process was smooth, prices were very reasonable, and delivery was on time. The mattress itself is extremely comfortable and of good quality. I highly recommend National Mattress for anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service.”

“No hassle to look around in store. No pressure to buy anything. Clerk, Logan, was busy on the phone when we went in so we didn't get to greet them and just went around trying the mattresses (all information needed was posted on a sheet beside the mattresses), but when we left the clerk greeted us good day.”

“I bought extra firm mattress, but it is not the mattress i wanted comfortable mattress. I contacted national mattress and they reply one time i can change the mattress. Hopefully that will work out. They have good customer service.”

“The price was right, however, I was disappointed that no one offered to help, even when I asked questions. (when I arrived, I asked at the desk which aisle were the cheaper matresses, she told me the first aisle on the left, but it was actually one more over) It took a while before someone did help us. We did not get it delivered, we loaded it ourselves”

“It was a good experience in your store. The salesperson was available but he let us move around and check out the mattresses at our own pace. We did not feel pressured and we were able to make our own choice of mattresses. Yes, we like our mattresses!”

“Totally satisfied with our recent mattress purchase. Great place to shop for mattress with endless selections, brands and qualites. Sales people are great too, they gave us suggestions but not pushy. They allowed us time to try every piece until we found the one we like. We've already recommended some of our friends to shop at National Mattress.”
