“The prices are amazing for the quality that you are getting. Other than the quality, that makes this place awesome is the customer service. You never feel pressured to buy anything and the staff are extremely knowledge, efficient, and friendly. I'm giving praise to Arnold and Henry for helping me purchase mattresses on 2 separate instances and both times I have received amazing service from these two gentlemen.”

“The service was professional and helpful. I bought one mattress and one pillow(at discount). Just before I drove off, the staff told me I was over paid for the pillow because it supposed to be 50% off instead of 30%! I appreciated their honesty in business dealings!”

“Very good experience. The employee there at the time was super friendly and helpful. The mattress is exactly what I needed and a really good price. I’ve had it for a week now and not complaints. I would definitely go there again when I need another mattress.”

“The staff at National Mattress were really helpful and kind during our visit. We purchased a mattress online that was cancelled without us knowing so we called the company to find out what happened. They apologized and let us know that we could come into the warehouse to set up the order (our situation couldn't be rectified online sadly, had to come in person), and honoured the same discount that we had used online despite the discount being expired by a few days at that point. They gave us options as to other mattresses (because the one we originally ordered went out of stock, so we had the option to wait 3-4 weeks or choose something similar and wait 0-2 weeks). Overall kind and super helpful staff.”

“The bed is very comfortable, exactly as tested at one the locations close to me (Hamilton). The bed is doing everything I want from it, I'm looking forward to seeing how it holds up over the years, I expect it to stand the test of time. The delivery team arrived within the delivery window given.”
