“The experience was wonderful from the moment I opened the front door. Staff greeted me well and made me feel very welcomed, all my questions were answered professionally. At no point did I feel pressured into buying any product. My only issue was with the delivery guy he add call saying he was downstairs and I could tell he was a bit inpatient that the costumer wasn't there to collect said Item but he wasn't at my location. Apparently there was a glitch in the system. He also showed up about 15min later than his said arrival time. If given the opportunity I'd do it all over again anyday of the week.”

“I bought my mattress and box spring online. The purchase was smooth. I picked a delivery date for an in room delivery and was told I would receive notice of time frame on my delivery date. I received the notice and everything arrived on time as scheduled. My package was brought to my bedroom, the bag was removed after my inspection and everything was placed on my bed. It was an easy and smooth process, thank very much and after a couple of days of sleeping on my new mattress, I'm very happy with my purchase. Big thanks to everyone at NATIONAL MATTRESS for a flawless experience.”

“Have been complaining of a sore back the last 3 months. After checking the bed frame I saw that the box spring was broken. I replaced the old box spring with a new 2 inch one and the back in getting better each day. Phil”
