“I spent a fair bit of time researching mattresses for the twin beds I needed them for. Looked into multiple stores and ultimately went with National Mattress after seeing glowing reviews on Reddit. I'm very happy I did! The mattresses I picked out have been great so far, and the price was actually better than everywhere else I looked too! Happy to support Canadian and will absolutely recommend anyone looking for a quality mattress at the best price to check out National Mattress!”

“It was a good. I have no complaints. The agent (Pavan at the Mississauga office) was courteous, informed and trustworthy. There was no pressure of any kind. We don't have the mattress -- it's on back order, so I can't really review the final part of this.”

“I originally tried this mattress at the Markham warehouse location, and debated heavily for months if I should get it as it was outside of my budget by a decent amount. I eventually caved and went for it though, and it's been lovely for the few days I've had it. I hope it continues to be so!”

“I purchased a Springwall mattress for our guest room from National Mattress after looking around at several other big retailers. There was far more selection than IKEA or The Brick and the prices are so much lower it’s shocking. Delivery was booked for the next day and the mattress arrived promptly in my requested time window with lots of notice via text and a call, and was delivered carefully. I was also able to track the delivery truck. Thanks very much to Eden for his excellent knowledge and customer service. Couldn’t have had a better experience.”

“Customer service was amazing, store associates were courteous and friendly. Prices are decent and the materials quality is high. My only issue was the mattress's advertised firmness, for an "extra" firm mattress, it was medium at best, it sags quite low which was disappointing.”
