“I came to your store as I was recommended by my colleague, who had good words about your store. I purchased a full/double size mattress from your Woodbine store at Markham, ON. the sale rep Jevon was a wonderful guy. He is knowledgable and patience while introducing the right product to me. He has #1 customer service skill. The mattress meets my need in qualtiy and price, btw.”

“The prices are really really great, and I'm very appreciative of Canada-wide shipping! It was a bit confusing to figure out how the mattress would be shipped and when it will arrive, but overall I think it's gone well! My mattress is supposed to arrive tomorrow! Update: the mattress arrived and is absolutely incredible! Very very happy with my purchase”

“Pleasantly surprised as we always went to larger chains for our mattresses. The selection is vast and most importantly, i appreciated being left on my own to try them out and being able to ask questions on my own terms. No pushy sales people, just information when needed. This will be my families go to mattress store from now on”

“was about to order from an online mattress vendor sight unseen because the local stores we went to in-person were overpriced and unhelpful. we went to kitchener national mattress store. never been before. glad we did it was a very good experience. it has dozens and dozens of mattresses to actually try. and while you can't be sure about the longevity of comfort from a 2 minute in-store trial, you can rule out plenty of mattresses. medium/firm/extra-firm is still pretty subjective in my opinion and we easily ruled out some extra-firm we didn't like and went with one of the national mattress brand options. great value compared to big name brands. great delivery crew. great sales team in the store. they answered our questions quickly with real information but didn't stalk us around the store unless we specifically requested more info or recommendations. national mattress was way better than other local salesrooms or online vendors.”

“I was looking for a flippable tradional mattress and I finally found it!. This mattress is the foundation of my european pillow top, both traditional and topper will be encased to provide the luxurious feel of higher-priced mattresses. The advantage is that I can change topper in the future if it sags. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Everything with my experience went very smooth. There is always some aspect of the experience that goes sour, but not here. I got free delivery, and was never guessing about when the delivery people would show up. I had regular communications sent to me so I didn't have to waste my entire day sitting around and waiting which is so typical with some retailers. The entire process went smoothly, from ordering online, to coordinating with the store, to receipt of the mattress by the delivery people. Great job.”

“Good selection of mattresses (often discontinued models etc. but still excellent quality) for as little as 1/3 the price. Fast delivery. Good exchange program if you want to use it. Might be worth it to pay for the "white glove" service at delivery - they will put the new mattress on the bed and take the old one down to the curb. We struggled with both. When we went to the North York location to try a few other brands/models to see if we wanted to do an exchange for a softer model, the sales person was not very friendly, in fact, he was almost hostile when we asked him some questions.”

“Absolutely Worth It! I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress Outlet, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is fantastic — supportive yet super comfortable.
