“I looked online for a matress and the prices at National Matress were the best I found. I could not decide between the two that seemed to meet our needs so we went to the store and tried them out. The options were excellent. The service was also good. The delivery man carried it up the drive on his shoulder! He impressed my husband with that skill. I would recommend National Matress.”

“Our visit at National Mattress went very smoothly. We were quickly shown mattresses based on our preferences and we got to try laying down on them and see how it felt. Going in we thought we wanted a medium firm mattress but after laying on a few, we opted for a firm one. The staff were very helpful and informative. We were down to a couple of choices and we were given the pros and cons of both. The pricing was reasonable and they had a promo at the time where you buy accessories with the mattress for a discount. We were able to take the mattress with us and the cover but the boxspring would have to be delivered. After the mattress inflated we realized that we did not need the boxspring after all. A quick call and visit to the store and the boxspring was refunded. It was good that it wasn't delivered yet at the time. All in all, I would highly recommend this mattress store.”

“Came on Sunday with my son and husband to look for a mattress. Ben was fabulous. Gave us a rundown of how it works in their store and let us explore. Very attentive when approached with questions and we very much appreciated the honest feedback and opinions. We’re so excited for our purchase, thank for making this task, (which is at many times very overwhelming) easy.”

“It was an absolutely positive experience working with the National Mattress Store Rep Shivam at the Kitchener store location. He was patience, knowledgeable and. Helpful with every part of the purchase. The mattresses were delivered on time, the cost was very reasonable and my daughter love her first night rest on her new mattress! I will definitely refer people there. The delivery was on time too. It was a great experience and the mattresses and services matched my expectations!! Thank you so much!”

“Loved the experience. Walked in and was immediately approached by a friendly salesperson happy to help guide or let us browse on our own. We asked for a bit of guidance and then once we understood the layout of the space and armed with a complementary pillow, began testing many mattresses. Within about an hour we had selected a mattress. Love the selection of Canadian-made mattress brands 🇨🇦 and other recognized brands laid out in wide aisles. Pricing is clear and organized from $$$$ to $$. Great way to compare mattress styles/firmness within the same brand as well as across different brands. We settled on Evergreen Sleep, a Canadian brand, after trying many brands. Organic latex and cotton, hybrid foam and pocket coils. Our Queen mattress came vacuum sealed and rolled. Free delivery over $200. But we took it to go. Easy pick-up around the back of the warehouse and loaded it into the backseat of our Toyota Camry with the help of our salesperson. Unrolled it when we got home and let it expand and air out for 24 hours before sleeping on it. Such a game changer. 90-day exchange policy. I recommend National Mattress. ❤️”

“Delivery was quick , seamless and on time. I received a call about 5-10 minutes before my mattress etc.. arrived. The guys were polite and my products were as they should be. Any mattress/ bedding items I need in the future will be purchase here!!. Thanks nation mattress !!”
