“Arnold (in person staff) was professional and very helpful with his mattress recommendations. He informed us of an issue with original delivery date (due to stock not being available at distribution centre) but an alternative time was immediately provided. Appreciated the tracking alerts provided. Delivery was on time. Would use this company again.”

“We were in a hurry to get a mattress as we were having company coming from out of the country. The young man that helped us did a great job given us direction. He was very pleasant and polite to deal with. Very happy with our service. It was only the next day that I realized that I supply the lease trucks to national mattress. I am the district manager for Penske truck leasing. Great job to you and your team!”

“I bought a mattress at the Barrie location. The variety of mattresses too chose from was amazing. I was not rushed or bothered by salesman. The gentleman even loaded the mattress in the car for me. They definitely have a new life long customer from now on.”

“All my interactions with various staff were very positive with the exception of one staff member who ‘preferred not to give me his name’ when I made a telephone enquiry?? The delivery guys were awesome. I will need to sleep on my new mattress for a few night to comment on it. Thanks,”
