“All my interactions with various staff were very positive with the exception of one staff member who ‘preferred not to give me his name’ when I made a telephone enquiry?? The delivery guys were awesome. I will need to sleep on my new mattress for a few night to comment on it. Thanks,”

“Went into the store and within the hour, their very knowledgeable staff member had shown us dozens of examples of the the type of mattress we wanted. We actually left with 2 mattresses, although at first, we thought that the one we wanted would probably be too expensive for us to buy 2. We thought we would have to wait until next month to be able to afford to buy the second. Thanks to Suraj S, we got the best at the lowest price. Hence we were able to afford two of them, thanks to him. Very good salesman, for a very good product that will last us a long time.”

“The store had more than 80 mattresses to try out. The staff were extremely helpful. Immediately showed us the mattress that is most popular for its quality & price. They explained which mattresses were more firm /soft and why. The store is well planned so that it is easy to check expensive brand name mattresses versus not expensive ones of similar quality.”

“Mattress is perfect. I called in to get some questions answered, the phone was picked up quick the person on the other side of the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, had all the answers to my questions very helpful. Delivery emailed and called to inform when they would arrive, Delivery was quick and Profesional. Great experience.”

“The buying process and delivery are seamless though I have been struggling to get a hold of the Dundas E store for an exchange and upgrade of my new mattress. I had bought a medium firm and I need to exchange it for a firm one, and get a posturepedic one instead of the Essential which I got.”

“I had an excellent experience at National Mattress. The salesperson who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly, and not at all pushy. He listened carefully to what I needed and was able to recommend a number of options, and to answer all my questions. He was extremely helpful from start to finish, and I'd come here again.”

“We were very impressed by National Mattress. We were very well received at the warehouse outlet on Barton Street in Hamilton. The salesperson answered all our many questions and let us try out numerous mattresses in the store. The price was great and the free delivery arrived on the day and the time that they had promised. We are much enjoying our once -in-a lifetime new very firm mattress and sleeping better. We highly recommend National Mattress.”
