“Great expedited service however since they delivered the next day and want the customer to have the path to the room clear I needed more notice than a 10 minute warning. Also having a copy of the order on the packaging to ensure I can check the order is right”

“We just bought our king size mattress and accessories from National Mattress. Terri in Barrie store was excellent, in helping us choose what we wanted, very helpful and friendly. Prices are great, very affordable, and made in Canada! Everything went smoothly, delivery was quick and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.”

“National mattress was a great visit. I recently moved into a new place and was able to have a wide range of prices and bed types to choose from to suit my needs. I was able to find one I loved under the budget I had in mind. Definitely was a better option than going with the online box mattress stores!”

“I placed my order online and it was ready 2 days later for pickup. We went to the Barrie location and met Terri, she had everything ready. She was fast and knowledgeable and very helpful. I am so happy with our 5 mattress. And the prices were unbelievable.”

“From start to finish, my mattress delivery was nothing short of exceptional. The communication was clear and timely including a precise delivery window that the team stuck to it perfectly. The delivery crew Bikram and Gurnoor arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and handled everything with care. They navigated tight hallways with ease and set up the mattress exactly where I wanted it. The mattress I ordered was a firm one and was very tough to be navigated through the space available but they did their best and I would say were above and beyond in making everything smooth and successful for us.They were courteous, efficient, and respectful of my home. Huge thanks to the team Bikram and Gurnoor for their service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable mattress delivery!”
