“Had a really good experience visiting National Mattress in Mississauga. The staff were so helpful and they had a very wide and nice selection of mattresses to choose from. We went through many options before deciding on the one that we liked best and fit our budget. On top of securing a great mattress at a clearance price, we walked away with additional gifts (mattress protector, sheet set and pillows) which was part of the promotion. Highly recommend National Mattress. The customer service is truly beyond expectations. Though we didnt use it they also offer free delivery which is great.”

“Great experience ! Employees were really nice and they explained everything i needed to ask in a timely manner. I would recommend my family and friends again and again to purchase every needs they want from that store . Prices too are really affordable compared to every store I visited before , Thank you .”

“My husband and I had an exceptional experience at National Mattress Outlet in Barrie. The customer service by Alex was outstanding!! He was friendly and knowledgeable which made the entire shopping process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. The selection at the outlet was impressive, with a wide variety of options at great prices. We were really impressed by the quality and the range of choices available. Highly recommend National Mattress Outlet for anyone looking for a great mattress and top-notch service!”

“I was scouring stores... big names like the brick, leons, Costco and a few independent stores. I remembered someone telling me about national mattress, so I went on a whim and explored the mississauga shop. Pleasantly surprised about the number of beds that were available to test out and prices. We're definitely reasonable. About a week later, after visiting the store and still searching online, I decided to make my purchase from them. I additionally purchased a king size mattress cover and sheets, which they gave a nice thirty percent discount on with the purchase of my mattress. Delivery ran smooth even though I never received an email confirmation of my delivery date. I did call and got clarifications and got things moving. Overall extremely easy service.”

“I am impressed with this company. I had ordered a mattress online, but ordered the incorrect size. On the order form I had indicated that needed an XL twin mattress but was insure if this was the one I was purchasing. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call and was told it was incorrect but the order already went through. Sheraz quickly sent the link to order the correct one so I would still get the mattress delivered on Saturday. He reversed the original order and I purchased the correct item. I was told the credit would not show up on my statement until after 3 days. But by Sunday, it already appeared on my statement! I am happy with my new mattress and impressed with the service. Thanks!
