“I am impressed with this company. I had ordered a mattress online, but ordered the incorrect size. On the order form I had indicated that needed an XL twin mattress but was insure if this was the one I was purchasing. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call and was told it was incorrect but the order already went through. Sheraz quickly sent the link to order the correct one so I would still get the mattress delivered on Saturday. He reversed the original order and I purchased the correct item. I was told the credit would not show up on my statement until after 3 days. But by Sunday, it already appeared on my statement! I am happy with my new mattress and impressed with the service. Thanks! “Walked into the store on Friday and told the sales associate I needed a mattress and for it to be delivered the next day. I found a mattress I loved and the associate pulled some strings to get it delivered during my exact time slot. I am so impressed with the service I received and would recommend National Mattress to everyone!”

“The selection on the page is very broad and with excellent prices and options to choose from. I had the chance to look and feel some of the options I was interested in at the store which is also a great experience. The only reason I say is missing a star is because the option I chose should have come with handlers, according to the website description, but it doesn't. Also to improve, is the delivery time, it changed two times the window making it a bit inconvenient when one has to book an elevator. But I must say that the delivery was still on the time at the last minute of the first 2 hours indicated. Good experience overall!”

“Great mattress purchase experience. I had recently been recommended by a friend to visit this Mississauga store on Kitimat Rd before I bought a new mattress. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Ben. After a short conversation, Ben identified the product I needed; hard mattress to help me overcome back pains, simple and straightforward rigid high-density foam technology, affordable and easy to maintain flipable design, and excellent warranty assurance. I had been searching for this type of mattress for several days. Everywhere else I went I felt I was being upsold. I am an older man and Ben patiently explained the technical aspects of this long-life product and how important it was for an owner to care for their mattress. When I decided to move forward with the purchase, Ben arranged prompt next day delivery. The gentlemen who arrived at my home were on-time, they were polite, and they were respectful. I strongly recommend this company and wish Ben and his colleagues every success in their business.I am very satisfied with my new mattress, and I appreciate the convenience and clarity with which the entire transaction was performed. “We love it there! Very helpful, friendly and down to earth employees there. They make you feel very comfortable and they have a lot of great information. There are so many mattresses you can choose from and free to try them all. The prices can't be beat. Best place to get a mattress by far!!”
