“I really love the service. The customer representative at the store was really helpful and the delivery was very prompt. The mattress is exactly what we wanted, we love it so much. Definetly getting another for our second room, that’s if we don’t win this. Hahah”

“John was absolutely amazing. I was comfortable enough to share with him about the kind of bed I liked to sleep in and my meagre budget since I am currently on Ontario Works. He helped me find an affordable on display mattress on display which was perfect for my needs. He went on to let me know about the 30 percent discount I would get if I purchased the box as well. I ended up getting it. I wish it came with blankets though otherwise thank you for everything. From purchasing to delivery everything went seamlessly”

“Hamilton store staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got the mattress we were looking for. Purchase was seamless and quick. Delivery was promised for Monday and received the mattress in the promised day. However, the delivery guy was highly unprofessional and tried to leave the mattress on building front door not the apartment.”

“I needed a low-profile box spring/posture board to reconfigure a bed for a senior who cannot lift his legs well. I bought the split queen 2” box spring. It fit into our pickup truck! Delivery was efficient, and the product is exactly as described—excellent quality. Thanks National Mattress for helping make a beloved grandpa comfortable!”

“Went to National mattress last week, the Missisauga North location. Had wonderfull service from the sales accociate there. He was very imformative and patient. We ended up getting a great mattress at a great price, about half the price we were quoted at Sleep Country. I would definitely reccomend them as they have a great selection and great prices, we even got free delivery.”
