“It was a first visit to their store in Kitchner...where i found lots of variety and friendly staff who dealt us very well...also they delivered our order within time...the product was as good as it was expected....thank you”

“I decided to check out National Mattress after seeing good reviews online and this review reflects my great experience at the store in Mississauga. I was initially shocked by the low price at National Mattress for the same products which are almost doubled in price at the larger box stores. The sales rep who helped me was very concise and patient. I ended up making a purchase on the spot, and the mattress was delivered the very next day with no trouble or delay. I am very satisfied with the mattress and my experience with National Mattress.”

“Great customer service employee was very helpful. The only downfall is I purchased a boxspring, which is too big for my son’s bed, and I wasn’t able to return It because I had to open the plastic. Even though I rewrapped it it’s part of the company policy and I was willing to return it the following day and I bought it in the evening also so it was never used so I’m stuck with a boxspring, I can’t use and can’t return or exchange for a smaller height.”

“These guys are the best. They dont take commission so the advice they give isnt biased. They let me try basically every mattress in the store, gave recommendations, often told me to go for a cheaper one with the same tech so as to save money (a lot of overpriced stuff just based on brand). Delivery was next day. nice and smooth. 5/5”

“Two amazing things happened when I purchased this king size mattress from National: 1. I ordered it at 745pm and it was delivered the next day 2. I ordered this for my daughter & John from the Steelers store was able to adjust the delivery address from the online account, make changes at his end, to enable the order to go through for the next day, all within 15min of closing. That spells FANTASTIC customer service. BRAVO!”

“OMG. I had no idea what I was missing. I recently purchased a Sealy Hybrid Montagne and it is like sleeping on a cloud. I had no idea a mattress could make such a difference. Suraj was extremely helpful. He said his job was to help us find the best mattress for us, and it made no difference to him whether it cost $400 or $2,000. Thank you Suraj. You helped us make the perfect choice.”
