“Online store rejected order twice due to incorrect fraud alert, with no message that my order was canceled. Drove one hour the store, but credit card terminal was broken. Had to come back another time the next day.”

“As you know, the outlet in Barrie has a limited selection of mattresses on display. Being close to Barrie I had to choose one that was available, and I settled on a Galaxy Twin made partly of Bamboo foam, the price on display was $262. When I came to the desk, I received an in voice for $289. I questioned Hayden Irwin and he explained there had been an increase of 10%. I objected and he called the supplier who confirmed the increase. On principle, I refused to accept the new price. So I had to settle on another mattress, a Sringwall which I have found satisfactory, but not the one I preferred.”

“Overall great experience purchasing my mattress. Sales staff were not pushy at all, but also very available and accommodating. I purchased delivery with my mattress and the delivery staff were punctual and very helpful with getting my mattress to where I needed it!”

“I had a great experience at this mattress store! The customer service was excellent — the staff were incredibly patient and took the time to show me a variety of options without any pressure. They have a wide selection of mattresses to choose from, and everything was clearly explained, including the differences between each type. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful they were throughout the process. Their prices were very reasonable, and the delivery service was prompt and hassle-free. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for quality mattresses and great service!”

“Pros: I have a good experience when buying new masstress in here, from advice when choosing to delivery, you also can change within 90 days Cons: A lot of masstress you can try with 1/3 of them due to limited spaces, not all levels of firmness available for you to try”
