“I had a great experience with National Mattress! Their Markham showroom had a wide variety of mattresses available to test, and unlike other mattress stores, their employees aren't paid on commission, so it was a much more relaxed, hands-off affair than other stores where it can often feel like you're being constantly hounded to buy something. After selecting my desired mattress, it was a painless process to have it delivered to my condo. Bonus points for having a very accurate delivery window and live delivery tracking the day of.”

“I drove in from Oshawa to Markham and was greeted by Henry on a Saturday morning. Having purchased several mattresses in the past from well known establishments, I wasn't prepared for what unfolded. Henry was the easiest going person I've ever met selling furniture or mattresses - he never chased me around the store, but instead asked what my preferences for a mattress were and guided me to a Beautyrest model. Henry explained the inns and outs of the mattress business, and was honest to a fault. I will and have already referred people to Henry - he's an honest, first class human being. Keep up the great work Henry. -Randy”

“We purchased a SERTA® Perfect Sleeper® Premium 15" Firm Pillow Top Mattress - King in October, 2025 and we enjoyed dealing with Yaman, who was more than great to deal with. Yaman went out of his way to accomodate our request for delivery. The matteress was delived in a timely manner without any issues and the delivery men were also great and helpful. After using this new matteress for about 3 weeks, we are very happy with its quality.”

“I recently bought a mattress from National Mattress at a great price . After sleeping on it for one night i realized it wasn’t the right fit for me . The next day I went back to the store and the staff were incredibly kind and understanding . They told me it was no problem at all to exchange it I picked a different mattress and they delivered the new one very quickly while taking the old one back at no extra cost . The whole process was smooth , professional and stress free . I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their product. Highly recommended”

“Prices are great, selection process was easy. I received a courtesy call ahead of delivery and NM went out of their way to report a damaged box and full replacement. Would definitely recommend them for service and pricing”

“Jevon was very helpful in explaining how the warehouse was set up so that we could look around. When we did have more questions about the three or four mattresses we were interested in he again was very helpful. Once we decided on one in particular he was able to give us the exact price including all taxes etc. even though we were still just thinking about it and offered an easy way for us to receive the email and choose accept later. In the end we decided to just go ahead right there and complete the sale. The four star instead of five star related to trying to get a real feel of the mattress when it is all covered in plastic but I understand why. Jevon was delightful!”

“I love our new mattress. It feels the same as when I tried it out at the store, if not better. Delivery was fast and efficient. It feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. The firmness is just right for us. The price was reasonable for the quality.”

“I bought a latex mattress from the brand evergreen at national mattress. Mattress delivered to my home. The process was smooth and price affordable. A great high quality mattress and the customer service prompt and friendly. Will buy another new mattress from the store very soon!”
