“I am very pleased I held onto a National Mattress weblink for an extra firm orthopedic mattress that I found during the pandemic. I had been looking for a firmer replacement mattress for some time. When my brother and I visited, I saw that National Mattress had a big selection of what I was looking for, and salesperson Henry at the Markham location took very good care of me, answering all my questions, and adding notes to our invoice for future reference. Delivery was efficient and on time, which is very helpful when scheduling and coordinating a move in a large apartment building in downtown Toronto. The delivery men helped to get the mattress positioned—it came rolled, and it was unrolled and expanded within 2 hours—and the mattress is even better than I had hoped for. I predict many years of awesome sleeps, if the last couple of weeks are any indication. My back is thanking me. I would highly recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress. Thanks guys!”

“I recently ordered from National Mattress. I bought a Queen size mattress, and a twin mattress and boxspring. I was satisfied with the purchase. The website was a little difficult to navigate. During purchase, I would have appreciated a few more details regarding delivery. However besides some of the spotty "live time tracking" updates, my items were delivered on the day that was expected. The two delivery persons were friendly and efficient during delivery. They left the mattresses how and where I requested. The quality and condition of the items I purchased was great. I look forward to my family being comfortable in our new beds!!”

“We bought our mattress on line. It came right away and was delivered well. Sadly it wasn’t a good fit for our needs. Lucky for us we got to use their 100 day guarantee !! We took their advice and went into the storefront. We spent an hr lying down on beds while the nice staff offered answers to our questions. We picked a new one and the processed the exchange quickly. I would suggest them to anyone!”

“I recently purchased the BEAUTYREST Centennial 13" Tight Top Firm King Mattress from National Mattress, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the store, Connor was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through different options, explain the features, and make sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs. I really appreciated his patience and no-pressure approach, which made the shopping experience both comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best parts of buying from National Mattress was how easy and transparent everything was. The price was excellent, and their price match guarantee gave me confidence that I was truly getting the best deal available. They also offer a 100-day sleep guarantee, which provides great peace of mind knowing I could exchange it if it didn’t work out—though it’s clear I won’t be needing that. Delivery was smooth and professional. The delivery service kept me updated with both calls and SMS notifications so I knew exactly when to expect my new mattress. It arrived right on time and in perfect condition, exactly as promised. As for the mattress itself, it’s been fantastic so far. “I had a problem ordering online and so I had to go in person because my card was not cooperating - I managed to find an even better deal and it was delivered within a few days (the exact day I set it for at a very good time!). I am adjusting very nicely to the mattress, for only a few hundred dollars it is such a perfect fit for the loft I have. Thank you so much for the incredible service and mattress!”
