“This is one of the best organic 100% natural mattresses out there for a great price. No chemical off gassing, just a little packaging smell ,which is an important factor if you own animals, and I have parrots. I purchased the firm queen 10inch being a very heavy mattress but keep in mind it is pure 100% from a rubber tree, which makes it heavy, and it will last for probably many many more years than a gel foam mattress with no indentations like I have experienced with mattresses that were not organic 100% pure natural since 2005.”

“I needed a mattress urgently, and they delivered it the very next day after I placed the order. Out of the two mattresses I purchased, one had an issue, but they exchanged it for a brand new one the following day. Their quick customer service was very impressive. I checked the firmness at the store before purchasing, and I’m very satisfied. The top layer is soft, so the mattress doesn’t feel too firm and is very comfortable to sleep on.”

“Prices and selection were good. In store service was very helpful, understanding of my needs and not pushy. Slight lack of communication regarding a change in delivery date caused some inconvenience but everything worked out in the end. Appreciated the availability of quick delivery turnaround compared to other establishments.”

“We just bought our new mattress from National Mattress and it’s been great so far. The employees were very helpful specially Henry who helped us choose our mattress. They also price matched 1 hour after the purchase when we found a better price on the same mattress. Definitely recommend:)”

“We bought a mattress from their Mississauga location about 3 years ago, which came with a 10-year warranty. Recently, we started having some issues with it. I contacted their team and sent a few pictures, and to my surprise, they handled everything so efficiently. The process was seamless and very quick — they refunded/exchanged the mattress without any hassle. Truly impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend!”
