“This box spring was a mistake. The slats are way too spread out from each other so my mattress is no longer flat. I suspect it is voiding the warranty on my mattress just by being on an unsuitable surface. Every time I move, the whole house can hear the box spring creaking. My wife and I have fallen into a few arguments at night because my rolling over in my sleep is now loud enough to wake her up.”

“The drivers delivered our matress next day, within the timeframe provided and brought it into our living room. I have tested the matress out a few times; it is for our topddler in the future. It is comfortable and the description of the product was accurate. it was new in packaging. I'm happy with the money I saved on the matress which can go towards more upgrades for our home.”

“So happy with our purchase! We returned a mattress to another company (not National Mattress)because it was so uncomfortable. We were at wit's end because we needed a mattress fast! We went online and found National Mattress. We decided to give it a try, and we are so happy we did. When we first walked into the National Mattress store we were overwhelmed however, the sales staff were fantastic. The salesperson clearly described the different styles of mattresses, price points and durability. We then spent time checking out the mattresses on our own. When we narrowed down our choices, we chatted with the salesteam and made our decision. The price points were wonderful and the best part was free delivery. There return policy is great and we got to try out the mattresses before we purchased. I highly recommend National Mattress!”

“I recently decided to get a new mattress, went to the Sleep Country Canada website as I was trained to do from all their advertising, and chose one I liked, but then found it was 'Made in the USA', as were most of those mattresses. I knew I wanted a Canadian-made mattress and after some Google Fu (and madeinca.ca), I discovered National Mattress! What a delight! I went to a location near me and picked-out a comparable mattress that was basically ONE THIRD THE PRICE of the first US-made one I picked online!!! After FREE DELIVERY just four days later, I was sleeping pretty for the first time in a while! It was one of the BEST PURCHASE decisions I've made in a while! I am so happy, I don't even want "a chance to win" this mattress by writing this review. After sleeping on it for a month now, I FEEL GREAT! I am happy to pay for this very well made (in Mississauga, ONT) "Orthopedic Supreme Flippable" Queen sized mattress! THANK YOU NATIONAL MATTRESS, I'll never buy anywhere else! (The in-store clerks and the delivery guy were also GREAT! Delivery went especially smooth, with their tracking and the driver calling ahead of time -- a GREAT PURCHASE all around!”

“The jury is still out on the mattress. It feels not as firm than as the one I tested in the showroom. I’ll give it more time before deciding whether to do an exchange. Also the mattress was delivered promptly on schedule, sealed in plastic but the tags were just thrown inside the packaging and not attached to the mattress. This raised questions. Most new mattresses have the tags attached.”

“Excellent product quality across a wide range of choices. We didn't find any other place that beats their prices. That's National Mattress in a nutshell. They have a great business model that strips away the sometimes unnecessary glamour of retail showcasing and passes on the resulting price benefits to us customers. Personally this mattered more to me as I'd rather avoid paying for all the extras to save on the final price instead. In a market that has become overly sophisticated and confusing, the employees at National Mattress make it easy to navigate the different designs and find the best fit for you. They are knowledgeable and helpful without pushing for a sale. My wife and I loved this about their employees. It's probably because of their compensation policy that is not based on sales commissions. We enjoyed the pressure-free shopping experience. They also offer a fairly good window for a satisfaction guarantee. Their warehouse is designed well and simple to navigate without assistance. After we decided on the model we wanted, we ordered it online a day ahead after comparing other warehouses. Their online ordering process was super easy and their delivery was bang on time. They always kept me informed about the status of my order and the shipping. We ended up buying a firm, king sized, pocket coil, euro top mattress called Galaxy Vanessa. Easily exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. They also have great discounts for Black Friday. Very happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend. You cannot put a price on good sleep. It's totally worth checking out before your next mattress purchase.”
