“Very professional organization. Answered all my questions and made some changes that I requested. The changes were made and I received the updated documents in about 2 minutes after the request was made. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.”

“Overall, this is a great turn-key process and excellent value for the money. A couple of enhancements would have made this a 5 star: 1) Fillable fields for the data that I enter would make it look more professional. Handwriting is ok but if it were typed it would look much better. 2) The schedules for adding Schedule 1 firearms has 5 lines. This should either be 10+ or customizable. If a person has 12 firearms, for example, you need 3 forms, all witnessed & notarized. Or you have to make a form yourself, which defeats the purpose of a turnkey system. One last thought: My attorney could not edit anything without rewriting the thing. I get why, but since we bought it, maybe we should be able to edit it for legal purposes.”

“Chris from NGT was excellent with calling me and setting up my appointment within a few minutes. Was In and out of ups within 10 minutes. There was a slight delay from the Print Scan side in getting me my .eft file but I received it none the less! A+ already got my dad to do a set too!”

“This was a follow-up order, after mistakenly ordering the wrong items. This order was exactly what I needed. The delivery time for this order was much more timely than my previous order; which I appreciate. Because the USPS seems unable to catch or stop the people that keep breaking into my neighborhood mail cluster boxes, I'm forced to use private carriers; which costs me more. If it costs me more for shipping, I expect my shipment to arrive, as this one did, on time.”
