“Ink pad and cards came in a timely manner. I had an issue with the ink pad and customer service was great . I received a replacement pad and even a few more cards sent out immediately. THANKS!”

“Excellent customer service!!!! I filled out the simple questionnaire and hit submit and BAM..... I had the pdf in my email ready to be printed, signed, and notarized. It was actually a very easy process to do my Form 1. Definitely recommending this to my friends that are considering doing the same.”

“I ordered a few fingerprint cards and ink for NFA items and oh boy was the shipping faster than I expected... I ordered on a Saturday and had it in hand Monday. Not only was the shipping time exceptional, there was a sticker thrown in which made my day (not adding a picture here because the surprise of unexpectedly seeing it was amazing, you'll have to see for yourself when you order).”

“Outstanding customer service. Applied for a Form 1 thru an existing Trust. Did the ATF eform. Staff and I communicated by phone at least six times. Most was due to the ATF website crashing several times. They reviewing the documents before completing the Form 1 which really helped in making what many consider a complicated process actually pretty simple. Cool part which is well worth the small fee is they had several alterative ideas to try in order to keep moving forward with the process. And no one became frustrated on either end. Don't think twice about using this company. You'll be glad you did.”

“I can't say enough about how great my experience has been with National Gun Trusts. My personalized trust documents were delivered immediately via email as soon as I completed my purchase, and all of my questions were answered extremely quickly and professionally. This was my first time filing a Form 1 application, and it was so wonderful to receive expert help and advice through each step of the process. I purchased some FD-258 fingerprint cards along with my trust, and they arrived in the mail quickly, with the correct ATF ORI information pre-printed on the cards. Thanks to National Gun Trusts, the entire application process was as smooth as silk! I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is interested in NFA items!”

“I was on the fence about using a trust after 41F a few years ago but I decided to go ahead. I felt it was better to do that and have my sons on it and be able to share if I wanted to do so. I wasn’t sure who to use and decided and national gun trust after doing some research. I can say with absolute certainty I made the right decision. If it does get any better than this company I’m not sure how. Everything was lightning fast, from the document itself, to the multiple emails I sent asking questions. And most of my questions were answered in the FAQ section and instead of referring me to that, they answered them without hesitation and every email I sent was replied to in under 30 mins or so, one at 7 pm at night. I fully expected to hear back the next morning, but I heard back the same evening. The layout they use makes this whole process so simple, with everything in sections and tells you what you need to know about each one. If I had known it was this easy I would have done this years ago. If you want a trust but don’t want the headache that comes with it, I highly recommend this place. You will be taken care of.”
