“Very easy to do. I tend to over complicate things and this was easy to fill in blanks. The communication was great and fast. I did mess up the EFT file info/ personal info. Serveral weeks later I had a thought that I gave the wrong eye color for my son. I emailed them and they checked. Sure enough I made a mistake but they were able to fix it for me.”

“Setting up the trust was pretty simple and they have plenty of videos on ATF forms, and walk through guides on that however, they should have videos and tutorials on the trust itself. I had a lot of questions on the actual trust, and there really wasn't much explanation. If they had videos, tutorials, and FAQs on the trust itself, they would have gotten 5 stars.”

“The experience was pretty easy over all. My only complaint would be the directions they send with the trust documents doesn't really explain the next steps well... it says get a notary to sign the documents and then you can make a purchase at a store (not verbatim, I'm summarizing). I was under the impression I needed to submit the signed paperwork back to national gun trusts. Not having been a lawyer I was unsure of the next step. I took my notary signed paperwork to the store and told them where I was in the process and they told me what the next steps were. For anyone else going through this process and never having had to deal with legal paperwork of this nature.... the steps are, get the trust from national gun trusts, download the document and take it to a notary, you and the notary sign the trust documents... that's it, the other paperwork that comes with the download isnt necessary for a gun store purchase. you are ready to take that document to the gun store and purchase your suppressor or sbr you wanted. The FFL will get a copy of your trust paperwork and have you fill out some other ATF paperwork and you are done. It's that simple. After that it's up to the ATF if they like your trust paperwork, but from a place that puts out as many gun trusts as this place. The wording should be on point. I actually got an update on my trust from the legal team, they contacted me and told me there was some wording that needed to be changed and sent me the updated trust. Turn around time for the whole process was maybe an hour, this was including the updated trust wording. Unless the ATF comes back and says my trust won't work due to how it's worded I'd use this company for a quick easy solution.”
