“You did well. Took a little longer than i would have liked for delivery. Considering express post was paid for. However, id say that was more a postal issue. I will be using natural chemist again.”

“User interface on a mobile device is awful, aside from that, product and shipping is super fast, it's just getting in to actually view my scripts and place the order properly is not fun.”

“The products always arrive in perfect order, and the items prescribed by my naturopath are very supportive to me. I hope you will keep the cost as they are as it gets very expensive to ship to WA on top of the product costs. The products are wonderful though and have helped me greatly. Thank you”

“I think you should perhaps have the person / health care specialist who took to consult initially to then prescribe the products to call and follow up with the patients / customers. For example. I don’t know how to properly use Gaba as I’ve never taken it before and it’s not written on the package.”
