“The medication delivered stated keep between 2-10 degree. I was unaware that was required when I ordered this. The package arrived wir a very warm cool pack and was left in my letterbox on a 22degree day. Useless order of $100.”

Hi Katja, Thank you for your review. I can appreciate your concern with the delivery of your item. Our team is indeed aware of the short transit time that Mutaflor has outside the fridge and therefore we do have certain procedures in place. Your order was placed on the 14th of October, which was a Friday. We do not ship Mutaflor on a Friday to avoid any delays over the weekend. Therefore, your order was held and shipped express on the Monday 17th of October, which lead to its delivery on the 18th October. Luckily, this does mean that the Mutaflor was delivered well inside the recommended allowed transit time and is definitely not a waste of your money. The product should be absolutely fine for use! “Often the only place we can get supplements prescribed by my son’s doctor is The Natural Chemist has been remarkably consistent over the last three years. The ability to upload a script then have your products all layed out ready to add to a shopping cart is extremely handy for our repeat orders. Whilst shipping times have varied over the course of the last several years we have never had a package arrive damaged, everything is extremely well packaged and any out of stock items quickly refunded. We have come to rely of The Natural Chemist as part of our health maintenance.”

“I was surprised that it took nine days for my order to arrive, and when it arrived the ice pack was warm. The packaging of the probiotic states to store between 2-8 degrees and it was not received at this temperature”

Hi Carmen, Thank you for your review. Mutaflor is a temperature sensitive probiotic. Your order was placed on a Wednesday after shipping hours. Our team recognizes that it is important to keep this probiotic cool, therefore, we don't generally risk shipping after a Wednesday particularly to Queensland as this can risk it getting stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. We shipped your order on the 4th and it arrived to you on the 7th. This is within the recommended 72 hours Mutaflor allows for shipping. There is no way for us to guarantee the ice stays solid, however, packing with ice does drastically increase the ability for us to ship to you safely.
