“I paid for express shipping but even I was surprised at how fast my order was packaged and ready for Aust post to collect! The parcel arrived super fast and it was something that I wasnt able to get anywhere else! I will definitely be ordering from Natural Chemist again!”

“Prices are good but I probably wasted my $7 on Express post, as it took 4 working days to be posted and then another 5 days to get to Brisbane via Aus Post. Maybe it was Covid and Xmas delays. Last order was more prompt with Express post- 6 days all up.”

Unfortunately, we are seeing that all services are delayed with Auspost during this time and we do apologize for the holiday period delays. Unfortunately, Covid has also added to this. Shipping express post will still guarantee that your order will arrive sooner than standard shipping. We hope to get back to our normal shipping times in the New Year!
