“Great products and prices but not happy with the customer service. I understand that supply chains are a mess at the moment but the customers shouldn’t have to chase for ETAs after multiple deadlines pass and no stock. Placed an order in August and received it in Jan, the original ETA when ordering was 2 weeks.”

“Natural Chemist is always reliable and I can usually get what I need. I see a naturopath locally and sometimes she can't get what I need in time, so all I need to do is upload my script from her and it's usually approved within 12 hours. If you don't have a script but have had the product before (or maybe you haven't), you can always make an appointment with one of their practitioners. The shipping is standard and usually arrives within 5 business days. Thanks Natural Chemist for being my go-to natural pharmacy.”
