Hi Lisa, Thank you for your feedback and apologies for our delayed shipping times. We relocated our warehouse recently and that caused some delays. Our team is working hard to get back to normal. We are also investing heavily in new warehouse technology which we expect will improve our future response times significantly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding during this transition period. Warm regards, Annie (Naturopath)

“Whilst I like this service in theory the shipping times are appalling (I am not referring to Aus Post shipping time - I am talking about how long it takes for them to pack and dispatch the order)”
