“Paid for express delivery. Didn't receive the product for 8 days. The product was in transit for four of those days. Four days to deliver 60km from the pickup.”

Hi Adam, thank you for your review. The probiotic you ordered is considered a "fridge free" probiotic. Manufacturers recommendation for storage is "Keep away from direct sunlight and store bellow 25˚C in a cool dry place. We recommend refrigeration upon opening." This will help increase its shelf life after the seal has been broken. Great news is your product will not have been impacted by the 4 days in transit.
