We have just had our Neff warming drawer repaired. I was told that firstly I would be given a day, and then the day before the visit I would be given a time slot, and then on the day the engineer would ring us approximately half an hour before the visit. I am pleased to say, that is exactly what happened. The engineer Mark , found the fault immediately, he had a variety of parts on the van for any eventuality, he talked us through the costs of repair before proceeding, then sorted it out within a few minutes. I found him to be a very pleasant, polite, and professional person, he even gave my little dog a chew. Would definitely use him again!

We had Neff hide and slide oven , integrated fridge, induction hob plus integrated microwave/ combined oven installed over 5 years ago. We've had no problems whatsoever until the other day when the side runner of the hide and slide door cracked which made it difficult to open and close the door. Went online to neffs spares page where its possible to buy every conceivable part for their products at realistic prices plus theres a complete visual brakedown for repairing their products. Ordered the part and received it within 2 days. Easily changed the runner and the door is like new. Cant understand some of the posts regarding taking the door off and cleaning the glass on the oven . Its a dawdle of a job. Plenty of you tube videos available

Neff products are 1st class but the service after sales ie repairs are a disgrace, and after two fail products and owing two the service people I will never buy a Neff product again or a product that relies on Neff engineers to attend, disgusting service. A E Pullinger.

Installed bang on time by a first class team of 2 from AO.com. We had a minor problem with a small dent in the door surround but this was rectified by a most competent engineer within 2 days! The product, a U16E74N5GB, is well designed and easy to use. Thank you Neff and AO.com

Why are Neff spare parts so expensive, £48 for a door handle which cost only a couple of pound to make.

I have the integrated coffee machine from Neff, its about 4 years old and still going strong. Produces good/average quality coffee. The coffee is not quite as good as my work nespresso machine at work. I would like to have a feature that allows you to control temp.

Very disapointed with the grill as the wire rack and pan will not fit on the same shelf which means fat drips everywhere when checking cooking- wish I had kept my old one! Spoke to customer service but obviously no help as just bad design!

I purchased a Neff Induction hob for my new kitchen which was fitted back in March 17 product code T40B31X2GB, it works fine, the problem is the lines on the hob denoting where to put your pan. Because it is a induction there is no light, only the lines which indicate where to put your pan and these are so faint as to render them useless. I understand they wanted the product not to stand out, but the lines need to be more visible. Particularly as I have failing eyesight. It is only after using for so long has it become more frustrating.

K4316X7GB fridge is not the quality I would have expected. I ordered online but trusted that it would be good quality because I have had a Neff oven for 15 years and its been excellent. Disappointed :)

Neff is living off past quality. The new double ovens are no where near as good as my old Neff double oven that last 25 years.

I have just purchased a Neff double oven. I purchased a Neff product believing it to be one of the best manufacturers. So far and it is only a few days old, all seems to be well but my Wife and I immediately noticed that the volume of the alarm was almost inaudible. Five bleeps can just be heard if you are standing not more than two feet from the cooker. I contacted Neff Customer Service in the hope that it would be possible to increase the volume. I was told that certain, probably even more expensive models, have a function which controls volume - mine doesn't. I asked whether the alarm function could be replaced but I was told No as it was not a fault. I said what was the point of having an alarm which couldn't be heard and the representative agreed but couldn't do anything about it as was not a fault and an engineer could not replace the alarm function. I really now wish I had bought from another manufacturer. If a simple issue such as this cannot be resolved I fear the worst should a major problem arise.

Purchased all Neff appliances for new build house, including the Hide & Slide oven, B47CR32NOB/C1. However, after only 3 months & keeping the oven spotless, the oven door has two long streaks inside the glass door which look unsightly. Checking the manual means you need to remove the door, then the glass door panels, all whilst adhering to the constant, 'Warning- Risk of injury'. I contacted customer services who told me that I would need to pay for an engineer call out, even though the oven is only 3 months old, as this wasn't a fault. I beg to differ. If the oven door is so poorly designed that it will need dismantling every 3 months to clean the glass, it is simply not well designed. What a shame & not good experience with customer services.

Had purchased neff hide and slide oven 4years and 4 months ago as part of a new kitchen had up till then been delighted with it unfortunately it is now no longer working. I have now purchased the same model but would like to think that such an expensive oven will last alot longer.

We have Neff Microwave, Double-Oven and Hob and they are around 2-3 years old. Just out of warranty (days!) the Hob display went faulty. Luckily for us Neff came and repaired it but told us that water had got in… possibly steam!! So don’t forget not to book anything on your Neff hob. Now the LED display on the microwave is faulty making it difficult to read… yet again Neff say this might be a “water issue”… like steam. So it would seem to me that Neff kitchen appliances are excellent just as long as you don’t use them for their intended purpose!! Very disappointing because whilst not being the most expensive appliances out there, they are by no means ‘cheap’. Certainly wouldn’t choose Neff again :-(

As other reviewers have said, you can’t get to the grease that falls in the space in the door, it looks so unsightly...

NEFF oven B3ACE4HNOB, Bought August 2020. Good oven and cooks well. HOWEVER, the slide and hide door is constructed with 3 layers of glass and when used for roasting, fat condenses and leaks down between the layer, staining the front and inaccessible for cleaning. The door has to be taken off and dis-assembled, which is a difficult task requiring tools and much reading of the manual. It takes about 30 minutes to do this, noting warnings about possible damage. The engineer who attended when I reported it as a fault was well aware of this problem and advised us to apply masking tape over the vents at the top edge of the door. The manual stresses that these vents should not be covered. I am very unhappy about carrying out this procedure, which seems to be a clear design fault, and I don’t want to do it each time we cook. A £800 oven from a leading manufacturer should not be on the market with this flaw. I would NOT recommend this oven for this reason plus the apparent disinterest of NEFF. I think all or most of their models have this feature.

I have a double oven with hide and side door and I always clean them after use. I noticed a water mark going right down the middle of the glass from top to bottom. I contacted an oven cleaning person who refused to touch the Neff door because the removal of the door was too difficult so I had to get a Neff engineer out which cost £99 just to remove a water mark. I am always very careful cleaning the door but obviously this must be a bad design and in future I will have to be extremely careful so as to not use excess water that can drip down through a vent at the top of the door. Be careful when cleaning your oven doors!

"Weak design regarding Neff cooker hoods. It is easy to break the thin glass disc that covers the lamp when changing the bulb as it is extremely delicate. Neff do not sell replacement glass discs that would not cost more than a few pence plus postage. The only choice they gave me was to purchase a new light fitting which cost upwards of £45. Now I have a VERY UGLY Neff cooker hood with a glue smeared glass light cover. Not very attractive in a kitchen I work hard to keep clean and tidy. I am very disappointed. I repeat.....Neff product - weak design.
