“BEYOND 5 STARS!! The absolute best customer service I’ve experienced from any online retailer. Not only did they respond to my email in less than 24 hours, they refunded a price difference and shipped the dress next day. I placed my original order for my daughter’s prom dress 3/19, and it was delivered 3/21. I will never purchase a formal gown anywhere else!! Thank you for everything New York Dress!!!”
