“Buyer beware!!!! They false advertise that they have “easy returns” when in fact they DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING! They will only do an exchange and require you to pay for return shipping. Complete ripoff. Dress looked pretty online, showed up looking like a giant bathroom loofa. Tried to “easily return” to find out that they won’t return it at all. FALSE ADVERTISING AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.”

We're sorry to hear your experience was not as expected. Our website indicates our return policy in two places. One upon checkout and one in our policies. We offer a $12 label which is a lower cost then purchasing your own label at the courrier. All you have to do is contact us and we provide the label and accept the return for a store credit or exchange.

“I will never order or recommend anyone ordering from this website. Sizing was all wrong , i put my measurement in and they sent the wrong size im a size 4 and they gave me a size 8 and when i called to exchange they weren't even exchange for the right size.. ..”

“Poor quality. The dress is not the right size. Order size 8 size 10 come and it was still very small fit. Also all the glitter was coming off right from the bag. My whole floor was covered in glitter, poor poor quality.”

“I was not able to get ahold of customer service. When they tell you on the recording what numbers to press to get ahold of a representative it takes you right back to the recording!!!! Horrible !!!!!”

“I bought the 2 day shipping and it did not happened. They emailed me that it will be ship in 5 business day. What was the point of the option 2 days shipping and charge me for 2 days shipping.”

“The Dress J869 La Divine is gorgeous. But the glitter and sequin appliqués in the fabric come off everywhere. Even on my face and arms. My bedroom was full of glitter after I tried it on. That should be specified on the website. My event is in two weeks; that is the only reason I am not returning the dress. But I am concerned about this glitter coming off at the event.”
