“The dress was well made, and shipping time was great. My only complaint would be the return and exchange policy. I didn’t want to return it, just exchange it for a size smaller. Even though I looked at the size guide given it was too big. Then as the Mother of the Bride I had to find another dress, and am now stuck with a 500$ dress in my closet that I don’t know what to do with. Also looking further down this survey I see questions related to the return process!?! Someone please tell me can I return this dress or not. V Bouvier”

“Very beautiful dress, perfect size (size chart on the website helped a lot) Shipment took longer than whats written in the email although i paid 50$ extra for express shipping(„3 working days“), it took more than 10 days.”

“Dress is ok, though quality of beading and fabric looks a bit cheaper than expected. This dress cannot be dry cleaned or washed, only spot cleaned. Such information should be available online and accessible in the link to the merchandise, like other websites, rather than withheld. Important in light of your non-existent return policy.”
