“The delivery was timely. The dress was packaged correctly. The reason I give 3 stars is due to the refund policy. I was desperate to get the dress for my daughter's wedding. Otherwise, I would not buy from a company that does not offer refunds especially on a $400.00 . It worked our fir me. 🙏🏽”

“Unable to zoom in on photos. It will help to have multiple view of dresses on the model. Some of the images has no back view. Virtual Help is not readily available, when they are available, they are not helpful”

“My dress was amazing but the size chart was horribly wrong;Consequently, I’m a 40-33-42 and I ordered a size-14 , but I got a dress so huge it was like a size-20! After getting it in 2day shipping for $88, I had to pay another $250 to have the dress altered in three days and it was still a little big. I pulled it off, but the size chart was so wrong and cost me a lot of extra money!”

“i dont see why this merchant is using a third party to buy on his site . When will my credit card be charged since the item is not in stock ? i dont want to be charged interest with my card and item is unavailable until december”

“Dress is beautiful but I ordered wrong size by accident. My fault. This company unlike many others does not return or exchange. I'm stuck with a 420.00 dress (I bought two at around 900) that I don't know what to do with. I plan to shop in future companies that will atleast exchange the same week. I've seen this company numerous messages and received no response .”

“Hi, I bought a white polyester sequinned flutter sleeve dress. The dress is lovely, however I had had to clean it four times already as there was blue ink visible on every single seam and zipper seams. I have been able to wear it!”

“Fast delivery with clear shipping updates. The dress came as described, and was beautiful until wearing it for a couple of hours. The 3 stars is for the quality of the dress. The dress got all scrunched in the front, was embarrassed to have to keep it on that night and can never wear a $440 dress again.”

“Beautiful dresses great system for ordering and delivery but they have no refunds or exchanges. I underarm on refunds but no exchanges is unfair. I just bout $700 in dresses that now I have to try to sell because they won’t exchange them for a bigger size.”
