“The dress I ordered was not the right fit for me. I learned that NewYork Dress does not accept returns or exchanges. Fortunately they did agree to a 1 time return and provided an in store credit. I live in California so whichever dress I buy with the credit I’m stuck with. Not the best policy.”

“I won’t purchase again because I can’t return for a refund. I bought four Sherri Hill dresses for my daughter to try, and I misunderstood the return policy. I don’t buy from places that won’t refund.”
