“My daughter is getting marriage and wasn’t aware of no exchange, especially with the prices . So I was able to get a one time credit, but if the next one doesn’t fit I’m stuck with almost thousand dress..”

“The dress did not flatter me at all and would have cost too much money if I wanted altered. What was most surprising was the return policy. I strongly recommend considering being more flexible and not allowing returns or charging steep prices.”

“I love the service and the availability however The return policy is not good. I recently ordered a Jovani cocktail dress that did not fit so now I’m stuck with it and just wasted my money. I have otherJovani dresses and ordered same size. That will more than likely make me rethink Any future orders.”
