“Customer service is not all that. Treated like your a bother when you ask for help. It's really unsettling especially when you are tryna to purchase gowns online that you don't have the opportunity to try on. Don't waste money on expedited shipping cause it likely will take longer then you expect no matter what. Unfortunately I probably won't be doing business with this company anymore”

“I am normally a size 8 this was a size 12 and it was super tight. I don’t have a big bust area and trying to close the clasp where the cleavage was just did not work for me.”

“The dress seams were frayed. The hoop to close the hook at the decolletage was so so flimsy it was undone at first try on. The dress was very open aap not enough to get tailored to close. Ended up being very tight in the chest. A big disappointment. Otherwise was beautiful colour and movement.”

“I paid for 2 day express shipping and did not get the dress for 10 days. Customer service was very nice and refunded the $30 I paid for the express shipping. Dress was beautiful however the orange rope strap is terrible I had to have a seamstress create new straps from my hem.”
