“The dress did not flatter me at all and would have cost too much money if I wanted altered. What was most surprising was the return policy. I strongly recommend considering being more flexible and not allowing returns or charging steep prices.”

“I love the service and the availability however The return policy is not good. I recently ordered a Jovani cocktail dress that did not fit so now I’m stuck with it and just wasted my money. I have otherJovani dresses and ordered same size. That will more than likely make me rethink Any future orders.”
