“No returns is not good”

“New York Dress have a large variety of beautiful dresses. I made a purchase from SYD few years back and was able to return/exchange. I have ordered a couple months ago , the dress did not fit and now I am stuck with it. Can not return $400 dress. It’s hanging collecting dust in my closet. I wish I could continue using NYD but will not use it anymore. Bc of their return policy”

“Shipping was fast and dress was beautiful. But the dress was not true to size and was too small for me. I didn't realize until after the dress came that all sales are final so now I'm stuck with it. I think this company should emphasize that all sales are final more through out the website other than just the refund policy page. Customer service was also not empathetic to my situation.”

“The dresses were gorgeous but expensive & did not fit me and had to be sent back. I lost $100 on that transaction. If it was any other return at any other store, I shouldn't have to lose all that money! I think it would be nice if NYD improves on the prices and the return policy! I am not happy that the dresses did not fit me and I lost money on the transaction to return the dresses and the restock fee. Pls change this poilcy!”
