“I didn’t even receive my dress, I’m checking for tracking and have no choice but to leave a review in order to see my order status LOL. Hoping I love my dress !”

“The dresses were gorgeous but expensive & did not fit me and had to be sent back. I lost $100 on that transaction. If it was any other return at any other store, I shouldn't have to lose all that money! I think it would be nice if NYD improves on the prices and the return policy! I am not happy that the dresses did not fit me and I lost money on the transaction to return the dresses and the restock fee. Pls change this poilcy!”

“Customer service is not all that. Treated like your a bother when you ask for help. It's really unsettling especially when you are tryna to purchase gowns online that you don't have the opportunity to try on. Don't waste money on expedited shipping cause it likely will take longer then you expect no matter what. Unfortunately I probably won't be doing business with this company anymore”

“I am normally a size 8 this was a size 12 and it was super tight. I don’t have a big bust area and trying to close the clasp where the cleavage was just did not work for me.”
