“My dress was ok, looks like the picture and I couldn’t wear it since they sent it in a plastic bag, not even a box, cheap wrapping and the name of the dress, the brand, the invoice and the website are ALL different! The driver tossed it on the grass and got damaged by my dog, customer service didn’t care enough to help me with all the issues that I encountered with them.”

“I’m a regular store customer and have purchased more than 12 dresses from them. Back in December I ordered a dress for an event in early Feb and was given an estimated delivery date in early January. However, after 3 months of trying to contact the store for a delivery status update, I was informed that the size I ordered is out of stock without even apologizing for the inconvenience they’ve caused. I would’ve appreciated early notice. I love their dresses but unfortunately, the customer care is not as it used to be.”
