“I didn’t receive my order but customers service was great they opened an investigation unfortunately the investigation extended longer then I expected so I had to purchase another dress as my event was fast approaching but the service was friendly and they got back to my emails in a timely matter and I was refunded for my missing order.”

“Although the dresses are beautiful when I tried them on, and ordered based on the online sizing the dress was huge. So due to time constraints I am ending up paying a fortune to a seamstress to fix the dress in time for my daughter’s wedding. Also I ordered two dresses different colors but there’s a final buy on them? Thankfully there’s a one time exchange fir size or credit”
