“I purchased a dress for my daughter’s wedding. It came three weeks before the wedding. However, it was not the dress I had ordered. I sent photos of the dress that was delivered as well as the tags to identify the dress item #. It was clearly the wrong dress. NYD was great with the return but unfortunately did not have the dress that I had ordered in my size as it had sold out. They did offer to discount 10% off a dress of my choice. It was just too close to the wedding to chance it again so I bought a dress locally. I would give them a chance in the future as the dress they sent by mistake was good quality just not my style.”

“Few things 1. I ordered a different dress initially. And a week after purchase and payment, I was told the dress was out of stock and that I can ask for a refund or another purchase. But I was in sort of a hurry and this was really a bummer. Please update your site regularly 🙏 2. The 2nd dress I bought is unusually long. And i guess it looks quite different from the picture coz of the lighting. Plus the dress details including material, length, etc etc are not so well documented on the site for most dresses. Will be great if you can do this. But overall I am happy with the 2nd dress that I got .”
