“First time user of the meet and greet car park and definitely use again, parked car in lane took bags to reception handed key in and that was it. Very short walk to terminal. On pick up picked up key from reception told me which bay my car was in and where bay was. Very quick simple and fantastic staff.”

“Love our local airport Convenient flights to our favourite destinations One request - could we have some water fountains situated in departures so we can fill our refillable water bottles Up to now we have to ask at one of the food outlets to fill the bottles and they are often very busy”

“Acquiring parking on numerous occasions the access and egress to short stay 1 is impeccable my only concern is the ever increasing cost which has risen numerous times within a six months period year on year this will deter me from using this facility in future, please please be more competitive on pricing.”

“Parked in short stay1prepaid, when I got to exit it asked for £330 to get out after 1 week, the operative sorted it out and said he didn’t know why it had happened , it’s not the first time it’s happened to me, other than that it’s great.”

“We got a last minute deal to fly out of Newcastle. We booked the Meet & Greet airport parking only 1 hour before we were due to arrive. Everything was organised on arrival and the process couldn’t have been easier from parking, dropping off our car keys at reception and make our short walk to the Departures. Everything went smoothly on our early morning return to the Meet & Greet reception at Newcastle Airport. I would highly recommend travelling from Newcastle”

“Always use the Meet and Greet service and staff are always polite and genuinely care. Only downside now using this service is on return, you're handed your keys and are told where your car is parked whereas before it was always right outside the desk waiting for you. We wish it was still like that especially when travelling in winter when the car is icy.”

“Very good, i would recomend to anyone! Only 4 stars because when i went to put my exit ticket into out gate there is a big gap that my ticket fell through, the stress i felt at that time was great indeed! I saw a worker and asked him how to in touch , as there is no comunication available at the gate, like a help button. I was told the box is maned and they would sort it out, the lad in the box sorted it out very quickly, but the stress caused by that gap was extreme! Is there any chance you can get people in normal cars to go through the machines and processes to correct fundamental mistakes in function and positioning? I am a work flow, time and motion, manual handling, job evaluation city & guild trained analyst. There are things that could improve your system to 5 star with little alteration. thom_barry@hotmail.com”
