“travelling late afternoon on a Saturday, the airport was quiet and so security checks were complete relatively quickly. also return very late on a Saturday evening I found it very quick to transit through the airport.”

“It was not the airport that made us(2) happy it was jet2 staff that proved as efficient as usual. the airport has insufficient seats in the departures for people who just want to wait without having to purchace food or drink.The bus collection to long term proved once again a total failure. there were at least 30 people waiting plus luggage when we attended the stop. how many buses working ONE, how many flights unloading THREE we walked (not for the first time) to the car park, is it a shortage of drivers or we,ve got their money so tough!”

“Adrian James Ivory - 1134938021 No problem with the pre pay parking, which I used twice last week. However I was disappointed recently when collecting my two sons, and seeing them walking towards the car park along the connecting road, I drove to the spot, loaded them and luggage, and proceeded on our way, only to be landed with a £60 fine for unauthorised stopping. I realise that I was technically wrong, but I felt aggrieved, especially as one of my sons is registered blind”

“The car parks are easily accessible and clearly sighned posted.The shuttle bus runs very regularly to and from terminal.The new addition of another car park just as you go through the barriers is ideal to walk to terminal too.”

“The process through security is normally fairly quick despite the queues. Good variety of shops airside. Baggage reclaim is always rather poor. The 'meet and greet ' parking service is first clasd”

“Great service - friendly bus drivers and frequent operation. Best of all they sealed up car window I left open which was above and beyond - especially when it snowed while I was away! Thanks for that and happy to use car park again.”
