“Because of windy conditions our return flight from Madeira was delayed for a day. On collecting the car and expecting to have to pay for an extra days parking we were delighted to be told that there would be no additional charge. It's not the amount that we would have had to pay, it's that your company were kind enough not to charge for something that was not our fault that made us happier to be back and to use your services again. Many thanks.”

“Airport great but parking this time not so good. Problem exiting as the barrier did not acknowledge that we had previously paid. Ten minutes trying to get the barrier open culminating in the attendant having to come and open it.”

“Parking at Newcastle was excellent with plenty of spaces ,, buses ran regulary ,, would it be possible to put extra buses when a flight arrives to avoid long waits at the airport for transfer to Car parking”

“Long Stay close to Airport, free shuttle bus picks you up from car park and drops you off at Terminal, or even from Long Stay is only a 5 to 10 minute walk if you do not want to wait for the free shuttle bus.”
