“The only problem I had, was that my ticket to exit the car park did not work, I therefore had to speak to one of your staff in order to leave. Other than that I was happy with the parking arrangements.”

“On my return to my car everything was fine, however, on presentation of my ticket at the barrier I was a little annoyed to be presented with the message that I was outside my return time. I purposely paid extra to have the "flexible" return time, which I may add I was only 15 minutes out side my normal return time!! Well inside the "flexible" timing!! The problem was resolved reasonably quickly, but when you have other frustrated drivers behind you, it is additional stress you don't need.”

“It's popular for holiday parking - just remember to jot down the number of the bus stop that you get on the bus at. I remembered Area H - there was more than one! Finding a space early morning was difficult with some entrances blocked - even though you could see plots available. Frustrating going round and round - eventually went through a No Entry point as I started to panic about finding a place.”

“Car parking arrangements excellent and reasonable if you book early. The staff at the security check were much more pleasant and helpful than sometimes in the past. Departure lounge fine for those who want to shop but maybe a few more seats would be welcome. Least said about arrival the better, nearly 1 hour to get through passport control, at least our luggage was on the carousel!”

“Parked in medium stay car park which was in easy walking distance of the terminal. On return from holiday late at night I had misplaced my parking ticket but it was no problem and the member of staff in the kiosk soon provided a new one to let me out of the barrier with minimal delay, which was greatly appreciated”

“Clear signage to get to car park ... bays available however once parked no signs directing you to paths to walk to the airport ... also feel parking charges are a little expensive”
