“The airport itself was fine, and the parking was good too. The only problem we had was when we tried to put the ticket into the machine to exit the car park. The machine wanted us to pay £84.90 and would not accept the pre-paid ticket. This held up the queue of cars waiting to exit the car park while I went into your office to sort it out..............”

“We always park in long stay car park Hopefully nearest to the airport as when you arrive back on a late flight it's hard to find your car. Wasn't happy this time as someone had scratched my car .”

“Hassle free. Very short wait for courtesy bus both ways. Helpful and pleasant drivers. One small problem 1st area which said spaces was actually ful. Seem to have improved visibility of bus stop numbers which is good”

“I found a space quite easily to park when I arrived. On my return, there was a bus waiting and I was dropped off quite close to the car. My car was still there! I left with no problems”

“Great to be near the terminal -but not easy with trolleys for pedestrians . The barrier never works for us but we know now to press the button and quote the number . Lovely to have our car waiting for us nearby after the flight”

“easy to use, if I had to make a suggestion the office is close to the airport it could perhaps be a covered walkway for the winter weather. it was lashing it down when we arrived home....”
