“Easy to book, easy to park, bus came quickly. On our return a day late due to flight cancellation called at office to explain! no problem just given new pass, on our way home in minutes. First class service thank you.”

“Easy to book online, and easy procedure to park. However, it was irritating when the ticket didn't work on exiting the park. I needed to go into the office to have it checked before the barrier went up.”

“The parking and courtesy bus service were much appreciated, however it was worrying to receive a ticket on entry stating that payment had to made before leaving as we had paid well in advance, wondering whether we would have to pay again at the end of our holiday.”
