“Plenty of spaces on a newly resurfaced area. Had trouble getting out at 2am, as I was allowed into the parking area without a ticket but the Parking attendant was really helpful and got me sorted quickly.”

“Trip out was excellent, minimal queues. Trip back however... flight delayed, so we arrived at the same time as at least two huge holiday flights. Q for passport control took ages. Then I had to collect some duty free, and the q for that was also terrible. All very polite, but it could all have been planned for.”

“Parking was easy and stress free. Likewise returning to my car and leaving the airport. Much better parking in short term car park than before when you had to walk or take a bus to the outside parks”

“Easy to access and easy enough to park,even during the busy season. Regular shuttle bus system to collect you from your parking area and take you to the airport check in. The one problem we found was after a late night/early am arrival home, we had difficulty identifying our parking area as the areas are marked alphabetically but the bus stops are numerically marked. The lighting was poor so it was difficult to see where you were in the parking area. The drivers could possibly help more by announcing what parking areas we where near. One of the exit systems was not working and I had to get the parking attendant (reluctantly for him) out of his office to reboot the system.”

“Used Newcastle AIrport parking many times before.very convenient,safe and reasonably priced with the right discount code.only one thing that could be improved is the signage especially if you are not familiar with the car park layout (you can see a space from the main road but difficult to find the entrance into that part of the car park).”

“Going ok when we arrived back at Newcastle and put ticket in machine to leave the barrier would not open and the screen stated I owed £278 . To leave we had to go to office”

“I was a little worried about getting a space but there was one just vacated as I got there,but it was very full even at 06.30 am.but it is definitely worth having your car there,coming back just popped straight into car and away home very worthwhile”
