“Happy with the parking but as it becomes popular it is much harder to find a space!”

“The airport was ok. But when we got the bus from the long stay car park the bus driver set off whilst my 3 year old daughter was walking to her seat which caused her to fall over and spilt her lip open and I still had a other bag to get on the bus so he had to stop and open the door.”

“It didn't make me happy. When trying to exit the car park the system did not recognise the car registration number so I had to phone for assistance. At this time a queue was developing behind me in the exit lane. After some debate with an operator the barrier was raised and I left the car park.”

“We got parked straight away and there was the bus to take us to the airport, so easy with no hasell, the driver was very polite and helpful. We booked on line I love Newcastle Airport and would recommend it to all family & friends. Parking is so easy Many thanks Mrs Marjorie Jackson”

“Even though the technology of the number plate recognition did not link to our booking, when the wife returned from the office she said the staff was very nice and prompt, enquiring if we had had a good holiday.”

“i tend to use the Pick up and Drop off option which is best for me as a frequent flier. Staff always very pleasant and it's literally a 1 minute walk to the actual airport building. Ideal.”

“Took a while to find an available parking space,and the ticket issuing machine had all the instuction info worn away so a bit time consuming pressing all the buttons to find the correct one to issue a ticket,but after that everything went fine,no problems getting out.”
