“Car parking needs to be resolved in that although I always pre pay, everytime it doesn't work and I have to get assistance to get out of car park. Always told that system does not recognise private number plates but this should be resolved as other airports I use do not have this problem. I have reported this numerous times for over a year now but never even get a response.”

“The parking lots were very full and we seemed to go around and around looking for a space. There were a number of lots blocked off. It is quite difficult deciding between the long stay and medium stay the number of signs is also confusing. I had used the car park before but this time the driver hadn't and with a number of cars coming up behind it didn't give much time to think. It was a lovely morning so we enjoyed the short walk to the airport. It was well lit for our late night return and we walked back to our car without any problems.”

“well we didn't have to wait to long from the pick up point to the car only one thing was not good I thought the car would have been at the reception were I dropped it of other than that everything was fine.”

“Regular bus service from carpark to terminal. Quite easy to find way around. Would benefit by having more seating areas, most are allocated for the café user, quite hard to find somewhere to sit before going through to boarding gates.”

“Everything was smoothly run and plane was on time. Only criticisms - there is a very limited number of seats not within the various concessions in the airport and upon return we had quite a long wait (about 15 mins) for the long stay car park bus.”

“The only problem was the ticket machine on the way out didn't recognise which way the ticket was presented so the barrier didn't lift, a few people had this problem so causeing ques some people left there cars at the barrier and went inside the security office more frustrated people.”
