“Quick check-in at Jet2. However car parking leaves a lot to be desired. Why cannot specific areas NEARER the terminal be made available for those who have pre-booked and paid rather than be forced down towards G and H areas as spaces closer to the terminal are often fenced off. Rant over, otherwise satisfied.”

“Newcastle is much better than large U.K. Airports for service. The Meet & Greet is good but somewhat expensive if compared with regular use at continental airports. For example Alicante will provide unlimited secure Meet and Greet parking including car wash for just €300 a year. They even provide transport (of car) to nearby airports for a nominal fee if you are doing an open jaw. One criticism of NCL is the long enforced walk through the retail opportunities - not good for the disabled or those of limited mobility.”

“The long stay car parks were almost all full, so the airport is obviously flourishing. Only downside was the wait for the courtesy bus on my return. Having been told it was on its way, I gave up after almost 15 minutes and walked back to my car.”

“Quick check-in, no long queues. My only criticism would be that I always struggle to find a space in the long stay car park which I find very stressful before checking in for a flight. Perhaps a better system could be used such as having an allocated space within a zoned area of the car park so I at least know which area of the car park to go to when I arrive at the airport rather than driving round all of the zones looking for a space.”

“Wish there were trollers or better means to get luggage from cars to bus stop in the long stay. Was a very tough job with luggage for two adults and extra items for our toddler that I had to carry on my own as my wife is pregnant and was looking after our young son. Please provide trollies in ththe car parks and trolley parks next to the bus stops in the long stay.”
