“EASY TO FIND AND A SHORT DISTANCE FROM THE TERMINAL”

“Booking for the Airport parking was easy on the Web site with detailed instructions following payment. The parking area was large with a plentiful supply of bus stops for transport to the Airport buildings. Buses are available every few minutes even late at night as I found out on our return flight. My one issue is that after the first small roundabout on the edge of all the parking lots the "long stay" parking directions disappear. Some additional direction boards are needed to make life easier.”

“When we drove in to the car park, we were looking for a space and quickly realised some early areas were closed off and could not be accessed. The first opportunity was in area G where we could enter and locate a space. We found a bus shelter and proceeded to wait outside. Fortunately we looked inside the shelter to see instructions written next to an intercom system. We requested a pick up and were collected soon aftwards by coach. Upon our return, late evening, we made our way to the collection point only to find the transport to our car was a minibus which accommodated 8 persons with luggage. Had to wait our turn 15 minutes approx. People after us needed to wait longer. Car was exactly as we left it.”

“Long stay car park close enough to airport to walk, and you keen your own keys. But the parking is quite expensive!”

“We used the assistance on both outward and inwards flights and the helpers were prompt, efficient and patient. The waiting was minimal in the security area, and everything went quite smoothly. It can be difficult or awkward with a wheelchair in some airports, but Newcastle proved otherwise.”

“Parked the car at meet and greet parking area. Approx 50m from the terminal building. Car inspected. They parked the car. I went on holiday. Returned to the parking area to find my car waiting. Easy as that.”

“Using meet and greet worked very well dropping car off at the side of the terminal and it was there waiting upon my return. The staff were friendly and helpful, very pleased with the service.”
